She supports clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, caregiver stress and fatigue, trauma, health issues, and inter-personal relationship difficulties. Lisa works with clients using a spiritually integrated approach including Narrative therapy, Solution Focused Brief therapy, and mindfulness practices.
